2. Face flexing at stand

3. Dry work like- 3 circle drill, lateral, vertical and counter arc or transitions in a square post trot to sit jog

4. A drill like: big and small circle

5. Barrels or pole pattern, work a specific issue or barrel with custom cues or drill

6. End with discussing lessons pros/cons and homework

7. I send a video after with live notes from coach now app what to work on.
